  1. Winning Over our Emotional Loss

Dealing with death, dying, and emotional loss is one of life’s most difficult challenges. This interactive program is to learn how to effectively cope with these experiences and move forward in a healthy way.
Based on the trainer’s own experience, this workshop will focus on the two crucial cycles that we go through when we encounter such anguish:

  • Preparing for the Death of a Loved One: Learn about the steps you can take to prepare for the death of a loved one, whether it be a family member or close friend. We’ll discuss the practical and emotional considerations that can help make this difficult time a little easier.
  • Moving on After the Death of a Loved One: Discuss the grief process and the different phases we go through after losing a loved one. The program will also cover the steps, techniques, and strategies that we ought to be aware of and practice before, during, and after experiencing such suffering.

Throughout the program, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with the trainer and other participants, sharing your own experiences and learning from others.

By the end of the program, you’ll have a better understanding of how to cope with death, dying, and emotional loss in a healthy and productive way.
