Hypnosis
Most people walk through the world in a trance of disempowerment. Our work is to transform that into a trance of empowerment. Milton Erickson

Misconceptions
There are many misconceptions about Hypnosis:
“The hypnotist has strange and unknown powers, I give up control to the hypnotist, I might get stuck, I might do things I normally wouldn’t do, I might tell my secrets, I might get hurt, or I will be unconscious, unaware, and unable to move, think, speak, say or hear anything…”
All these thoughts are not true. The Hypnotic Trance state is a Natural State, and Hypnosis is something that the client will do with himself, for himself. He is the only person who can hypnotize himself while the Hypnotherapist is just a facilitator or guide. Moreover, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, the client is always in control.
Hypnosis is a mental state of highly focused concentration, decreased peripheral awareness, and increased suggestibility.
