Leadership
Training

Upon the philosophy and methodology developed by John C. Maxwell, a renowned author, speaker, and leadership expert who has written extensively on the topics of personal and organizational leadership, “Leadership” is based on the belief that it is not a position or a title, but a set of skills and behaviors that can be learned and developed.
We, at InOut Academy, and as Certified Members of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, are licensed to speak, coach, and train others as per the Maxwell teachings.

At the core of Maxwell Leadership is the concept of “Leadership Influence”. According to Maxwell, leadership influence is the ability to inspire and motivate others to take action toward a shared vision or goal. To become an effective leader, Maxwell believes that one must develop leadership influence by focusing on five key areas:

1- Intentional Living: Maxwell believes that effective leaders must live with intention and purpose. This means taking responsibility for one’s actions, setting goals, and making decisions that align with one’s values and vision.

2- Relational Skills: Leaders must be able to build strong relationships with their team members, colleagues, and stakeholders. This means developing skills such as active listening, empathy, and effective communication.

3- Positive Attitude: Maxwell believes that leaders must have a positive attitude and mindset in order to inspire and motivate others. This means focusing on solutions instead of problems, and maintaining a sense of optimism and hope even in difficult times.

4- Personal Growth: Effective leaders must be committed to continuous personal growth and development. This means seeking out opportunities to learn and improve and being willing to take risks and make mistakes in the pursuit of growth.

5- Leadership Legacy: Maxwell believes that leaders must think beyond themselves and focus on creating a lasting legacy. This means leading with integrity, being a positive role model, and investing in the development of future leaders.

“We are people of value who value people and give value to them”.

John emphasizes through this quote, a powerful reminder of the fundamental importance of recognizing the worth of each individual. It reminds us that when we truly value people and acknowledge their unique contributions and potential, we create an environment where everyone can thrive.
By treating each person with respect and showing genuine appreciation for their talents and abilities, we can inspire and motivate others to reach their full potential. Whether in personal or professional settings, this quote encourages us to lead with kindness, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping others succeed.
Let us strive to be people of value who uplift and empower those around us, and in doing so, create a brighter and more compassionate world.
