What does the N, L, and P stand for?
Neuro relates to the nervous system which is the mind and through which our experience is processed by way of the five senses which are visual, auditory, kinesthetic, olfactory, and gustatory.
Linguistic relates to language and other nonverbal communication systems through which our neural network representations are coded and ordered and given meaning, and this includes pictures, sounds, feelings, tastes and smells, and the words we use.
Programming relates to the ability to discover and utilize the programs that we run inside ourselves, the things we do inside our heads, and also that others do so that we can achieve our own specific and desired outcomes.
What is NLP?
The co-creators of NLP John Grinder and Richard Bandler defined it as “the study of the structure of subjective experience.”
NLP is an effective prescription for Excellence.
It is the study of excellence, how we discover excellence wherever it is, and then utilize that in such a way that we can create change in ourselves and others.
Why NLP is an Experiential Knowledge for human life?
Albert Einstein nailed it perfectly “The only source of knowledge is experience.”
While experience is a must for change, and as change seems “scary” and “takes a lot of time”, NLP is the ultimate proof, stated by Psychology Today (USA) that “NLP may be the most powerful vehicle for change in existence.”
Because with NLP, you will:
- Refine your communication.
- Master the art of feedback.
- Improve your influence skills.
- Boost your Self-Esteem.
- Fills and recover so many countless self-development emotional gaps, all that in full coverage of all areas of your life!
HOW?
Since NLP is considered one of the most advanced technologies available today for creating human change in the context of Business, Education, and Therapy,
It is applied to both individuals and groups through methods with specific tools and techniques that act as metaphors and symbols to the subconscious mind.
