1. Coaching Session (Personal Breakthrough):

Assist the participant to resolve current mental & emotional barriers:

  • Align mentally with the participant, identify the challenges, and provide coaching to move beyond them to create wins.
  • Coach the participant on how to utilize his own capabilities by discovering and understanding his own abilities and maximizing them to make it possible for the mentee to take the actions necessary to achieve his outcomes and results.
  • Give feedback and discuss coaching strategies and ways for improvement.

 

Who will benefit:

  • Participants who want to discover what is preventing him/her from achieving their goals.
  • Participants who want to learn a new way of thinking.
  • Mentoring.

 

2. Group Mentoring

  • Helping the mentees share and learn and providing input based on the mentor’s own experience e.g. through storytelling, providing information, giving feedback, etc. Thus, the mentors, as well as the mentees, help each other learn and develop within the framework of the specific mentoring program.
  • Developing diversity of thinking, practice, and understanding.
  • Providing flexibility within the mentoring groups and making room for each individual to set their own goals and their own solutions.
  • Motivating and Influencing.

3. Grief Coaching:

Discovering and learning the effective approaches to win over Emotional Loss.

  • Widows and Divorced Women.
  • Participants who passed through a loss (death, work, relationship….
