Winners win it all and losers lose it all ! My life motto!
That was at the ripe age of 18 when life tossed me into its many mazes and adversities quite early and shackled me with choices, the best of which were bitter.
At the time, my parents’ circumstances played a part in rerouting my course in life. I had to bear responsibilities that compelled me to delay my university education and search for a livelihood that might help me enroll later on.
The first step I took to propel my career was at a prestigious financial institution where I worked, and where I began to challenge myself mentally. Being known as an avid learner, I juggled between education, work, and training, and I kept track of educational and professional developments year after the next. From day work to evening education and sleepless nights buried in numbers and books, I unraveled the paradoxical masks of a life lived by both the triumphant and defeated and I made the decision to step it up a notch: winners win it all and losers lose it all.
My delayed university degree found a home among additional dreams, like family and motherhood, since I never gave up on what I desired despite numerous obstacles.
I didn’t first encounter grief and bereavement until I endured one of life’s harshest losses—death—in 2014. My best-selling spring novel, “When Autumn Blooms,” was my testimonial to my path of spirituality and was born out of the agony of Autumn. The book, which was initially published in Arabic in 2016 and afterward translated into English, is a reflection of my journey toward love, empowerment, and courage as well as an authentic teacher on how to overcome our emotional losses.
To supplement my journey, I was looking for the appropriate mindset and tenacity to conquer any obstacle and comprehend our objectives.
That’s when I discovered NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and my life was forever changed. I became an internationally certified NLP Coach and Trainer, allowing individuals to transform their lives in the way I personally did.
My passion for personal development led me to become an Independent Certified Teacher, Coach, Speaker, and Trainer at Maxwell Leadership in 2021 and a “Certified Grief Coach” following my own traumatic experience with loss and bereavement, allowing me to help others in similar situations.
To my surprise, shifting from the financial industry to the human sphere was not a viable option. I came to the realization that life wasn’t about achieving money success and winning after 27 years of employment in the profession and that being an employee didn’t help me grow as a person. By that point, I had already come to believe that holding on to our true selves is the best way to thrive in life. It had never occurred to me that this was the genuine definition of winning. When I decided to work on myself through training and self-development, I discovered my life’s purpose, which translated into founding the “InOut Academy for Training and Coaching,”, and this is not the End, this is the End of the Beginning.
